[pchelpers] Re: Format/re-install

Then we are using the term 'format' in different ways. If you only mean 
formatting a message or document, there are several things to consider.
1) The program may not be saving them in the format you chose. That 
would be clear next time you opened it.
2) PC-Helpers is a text only system, so formatting is generally removed 
before distribution of messages.
If you can check the first, it might help clear this up.
