[pchelpers] Re: Format/re-install

If formatting the hard drive has not cleaned it enough to re-install 
programs successfully, then mozilla is NOT the problem. We are talking 
about C: drive aren't we? Likely suspects are:
Drive read/write errors
Old/dirty cables affected by dust
Memory problems
Read errors from CD-ROM during installs caused by dirty/scratched CDs
Download errors when updating mozilla

How many of these have you considered/eliminated?
