Windows 9x can only handle a limited number of fonts.  You should only
install those that you actually want/need.

Might try removing any extra fonts, then reinstall WTLIB.

If you really want to keep the extra fonts, then try George's
suggestion to simply reinstall WTLIB, without doing anything about the
extra fonts.
