I tried the "different" brand (Sonic DVD-Rs), which turned out to be a
bad idea; out of the 38 that I've gone through so far, 14 (36%) were
bad (although it could have been a minor incompatibility with my
drive). I'll go back to the Matrix DVD-R's next time; I didn't have
trouble with them.
