If you are heavy into banking sites and so forth, then you're likely
to have trouble. Firefox does not support ActiveX (which is entirely a
Microsoft creation), which is used by WindowsUpdate, OfficeUpdate, the
various online antivirus scanners, etc. Firefox also does certain
other things slightly differently, or has different default security
settings than IE has, and the differences are enough to cause problems.

There's a Firefox plugin named IEView, which allows you to right-click
on a link to open a specific link in IE.
