Try

There should not be a problem with most banking sites though. Most banks
figured out long ago that ActiveX is a pox on mankind. It's usually
enough to send the bank a friendly email pointing out that their site
does not work in the most standards compliant browser in existence,
Firefox. Sometimes they need a little jolt like showing how many errors
(often dozens) their site has when compared to the international
standards. Just enter the bank's Internet address here and send them the
resulting link (new Internet address):
http://validator.w3.org/
http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/

If that still doesn't work, let me know, and i'll post to the Mozilla
standards evangelism forum, or do it yourself. They almost always get
any serious site to conform to W3C:

Yes, that's a handy workaround. Here's the download link:
https://update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?application=firefox&id=35&vid=1179
I've had no problem updating to FF 1.0.1 even though the Mozilla update
site doesn't yet have info that this and the user agent switcher work in
1.0.1

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
