Actually, there seems to be a few other small differences

Actually there is slightly more to the localization (pun) builds than 
just changing color to colour. For instance the British builds have a 
search extension for amazon.co.uk rather than amazon.com which wouldn't 
be relevent (sic) to British users at all.
