I downloaded Registry Rescue and ran it, it found 283 errors, however it
would not fix them unless I buy the program. I am pretty sensitive abot
running registry cleaners that find a lot of errors and when you use them you
no longer can run many of your programs.
MD RegClean pared the number down to 247 as indicated by Registry Rescue
which I ran after running the MS version and rebooting.
Do you have any specific thoughts about the value of this program? They
seemed to indicated something like a monthly charge. You can email me privately

Someone else I know has a similar problem which seems to be related to
registry errors. Have you tried running regedit or regclean? There is a
utility called registry rescue at:
http://www.pcprivacysoftware.com/
It will tell you if you have problems that need fixing.
