Not really sure fish can qualify for what i had in mind with reading 
without creativity or with following directions verbatim; in fact, this 
interpretation seems to be another good example of Linz wanting to 
understand things idiosyncratically and incorrectly and Pen of course 
chiming in that that interpretation was wonderful :-)

Finns are, however, a good example of people who follow directions well. 
They implement most EU directives before the other EU countries even 
think about it, and they implement them to the letter. They're also 
famous for being the only country that ever paid back their US Treasury 
loan...
