This will probably be an easy one to ask you computer experts:

What is a .rtf  extension, and why does a document with this extension shows
up in my Inbox like this:

This is meant to be a list of scriptures. The document never ends. It is
miles long and I can do nothing with it.

Can anyone tell me how I can get my list of scriptures this way?
