This is a sad but unfortunately a very true experience. It is still possible
to be defrauded even if you use a respected and reputable auction site. I
use eBay all of the time, yet I will not bid on an item from a new user or
one that does not have at least a feedback rating of no less than 25. It
pays to take precautions one never knows.
