If it were real, it would take you to a link on the CitiBank
site.

And, if you're paranoid about that, you'd go to the CitiBank site
in
the normal way, and find a link there. Most reputable businesses
seem
to provide multiple ways to get to the page that they want you to
go
to -- they don't assume that clicking on a link will work for
you.
