[pchelpers] FW: Not Enough Free Memory

Re this problem, now, I've freed up as much of the start programs as
possible, I've adjusted the swap file location and specified the size of it.
But I'm still starting up with only 51% free. Is this normal? I seem to
remember that a while back it was around 70% or something.
