At the left of every ros is the row header, which contains a number.
You can elect a single row by clicking on the row header

  Thanks Scott,  I have 322 lines left.  I have Office 2003 at the office and 
Office 97 and Office 2007 at home.  For somethings Office 2007 is better and I 
save in compatibility mode so other people can read the content. 
   
  I will save your entire reply but for now I am only interested in entire rows.
