That's a worrying possibility. It implies that if the limit is increased 
to help those having a problem, the response may be to sit back, use the 
limit and then raise the matter again. Clearly self discipline is 
important, which is why the limit of 30 lines was originally set.

To take your inference to its logical limit, if the over quoting limit 
is removed, the result could be comparable with not potty training your 
children. The replies could become full of it.
