Sorry, too late. The only way to do what you suggest is to remove the 
over-quoting limit. That might make the list exchanges more messy by 
repeating posts in quotations several times. Perhaps we should hear from 
everyone on this before it is decided. So here are the things I would 
like you to respond to:
1) Is it better to increase the over-quoting allowed or dispense with 
the rule altogether?
2) If it should be increased, then how high is fair? (reasons)
3) If the limit should be removed, what good or bad effects would you 
expect?
Please be concise, so a fair idea of the group's feelings can be arrived at.
