      ^^  I really doubt that this is "oo".  Probably "00" (zero,
      zero).

May sound nitpicky, but sometimes these typos can make a world of
difference.

"SIGSEGV" sounds like something that you'd be more likely to see when
using Unix or Linux. I'd guess that some programmer needs to redo
his/her list of error messages. It almost certainly means "segment
violation", which usually means that something is screwed up with
whatever you're trying to install/run.

Might try clearing the cache (in Internet Explorer, select Internet
Options on the Tools menu, then click the Delete files button.  then
close all IE windows, then download and install again.  If that
doesn't help, the info that John asked for will help.  Well, we'd
probably be interested in that info anyway, even if it does help.  :)
