again, it'll show yet another OS on bootup. I'm not too keen on having
multiple Windows 2000 boot options to choose from, especially when they are
one and the same. Is there a simple way of getting rid of one after
everything is running smoothly? Or should they stay as is? I've run into
Windows problems in the past and had to reinstall Windows many times. If it
wasn't for reformatted my hard drive from time to time, I'd probably have
upwards of 5 or 6 Windows 2000 boot options to choose from by now! lol!
I'm just afraid of getting too many every time I reinstall Windows. Is
there a way around that?

Susan,
Obviously you have been through this reload business with Win2000 more
than I have, but with XP it gives the option when you are going over the top
'to repair Windows'. Do you have an "options" or "Custom" install that you
can do with 2000 that would allow that?

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
