[pchelpers] Dye vs Pigment

We are still trying to find out what is wrong with me wife's R260.
I just found out today that she has been using Dye ink.
I notice that when I was looking for ink for her printer all I found was 
pigment ink.
Could this be a problem?



I also notice a R260 on ebay for $19.99
He said that he put in a cheap ink cartridge and got a message that the 
cartridge was incompatable.
Then the two red lights started blinking and he couldn't make it work again.

If I didn't mention it before my wife problem is that both red lights 
are blinking together and no power green light is showing.
Also the error message is "General error"
