[pchelpers] Download.Aware.Lop and safemode

Hi: I am running windows 2000 pro sp4 -- first of all I want to remove
Download.Aware.Lop  I went to Symantec followed the directions to remove it
and  I did it is still there it's a browser attaches itself to the iexplorer
that stays active until your next system restarts it is so difficult to get
rid of --  I notice where address  I right click is  is the name ssprkeeooo
is associated with it-  I unclicked that  and how do I get rid of it , so
its not in there I know it is associated with Download.Aware.Lop a lot of
shareware programs use it I was not aware that when you go their website it
will install itself on your browser I am using IEXPLORER 6. SP1 ,I ran
spybot, ad-aware also -- trial version of PestControl -- 

PS in safemode your mouse doesn't work-- could someone give me the keyboard
shortcuts please- I had them all but I can't find them
