[pchelpers] Re: Double messages

Hi John: I find when my cable company also my isp has an outage  it messes 
up the configuration of the computer quite abit and sometimes  we get double 
emails if we have an email that is blocking the rest  most of the times its 
a malfunction in our server-- you will get doubles until you can get rid of 
that one email especially if someone sends too large of an attachment lately 
we have been offline quite a bit I am checking every time we get a severe 
storm the internet is out in some of the region. Even with Windows XP pro 
Sp2 with the latest version it has a configuration that it will repair the 
correct isp address  it will tell you how fast it is going to or  going at a 
crawl. Sometimes a cold boot will fix everything not if they have a problem 
the email server  will come in at a good speed all of a sudden it will kick 
out. When the isp has problems it really messes up the email. and we 
certainly will get doubles or more.  Jackie
