[pchelpers] "Digital Photo Professional"

 I keep trying to find the Free Canon Program.... "Digital Photo
Professional"
The only thing I can find is an update, not the original program 
that had many version updates starting with 1.0
And, I am unable to install the "Update" because it needs the original
program to update. 

If I Google it, I get millions of places to go, any ideas?
