[pchelpers] Re: Device manager problem

I wonder if any of this could be happening because
two weeks ago he bump the computer with a beach ball
and crashed it. Window won't start because of a corrupted
HAL file. I replace it with the HAL from sp1 because the one
from the cd won't start the computer.
