Can you create a Playlist (File>New Playlist)? At least that's how I do
it on my PC, but it may be different for you. I add all MP3's to one
playlist, or a combination of playlists, depending on how I want them
organized (by singer, by genre, etc.). Then, once I've saved my
playlist, in the top right hand corner, there is a pull-down menu, where
all the saved playlists are included. I just select the one I want to
play and all the MP3's in that playlist play automatically.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
