Not very likely. USB stuff came out long after the simulated DOS was
created in windows. MS would need to add to the DOS environment for
that. At least they supported it in the windows environment.

There is a way - find a Windows command line printing utility that can
direct printing from a command line to any Windows printer, including
USB. I have had excellent results with freeware Printfile, Version
2.1.5
Copyright 1996-2001 by Peter Lerup. All rights reserved.
This allows you to print using a normal Windows select printer dialogue.
This version requires PRFILE32.EXE and PRFILE32.HLP, you can get these
from http://www.lerup.com/printfile
Printfile can be set to the following options:
1 - Print unformatted and bring up normal Windows Printer selection
dialogue
2 - Print formatted (2 pages per A4 sheet) with small font + header,
footer
(you can alter how many pages are printed per A4 page)
3 - Print unformatted and straight to Windows default printer.
Note this is best if DOS Software is running in a window rather than
full screen,
as the PrintFile utility switches the focus away from the DOS window
while
it queues the printing, even if it displays no printer selection window.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
