That was quite a drama. You tried one of the suggestions I had for you, 
and it thankfully worked. Now if possible, disconnect the drive with the 
saved data and boot in a way that can see the partitions on the SATA 
drive, or remove/re-partition them. If a boot floppy will, great. If 
not, will XP see it for partitioning purposes? Does your BIOS see it?
