[pchelpers] Corrupted fonts - was - Win 98 SR2

Fonts must not be copied to the fonts folder.  They must be installed.
Control Panel, Fonts, File, Instal New Font.  Then you make sure there is a
tick in the "copy fonts to font folder" to make sure you always have the
font installed.

If you have a lot of fonts installed, you will slow down windows start up
and use up resources, however I have over 750 fonts installed and have not
yet had a problem - I just go away and make a coffee while I wait for
windows to start.
