Do you have a reaso for keeping sector structure?

If not, use XCOPY from a Windows command prompt:

  XCOPY C:\*.* D:\ /c/h/e/k/d

If you need to interrupt it, you can, and start it up again, and it'll
take up where it left off.

That's what I use, and the only time it fails is when there's a
structural error, and that's only happened to me once or twice.
