Help!!!

1. I am trying to install a larger hard drive in a system, The old C:
drive is 500 Megs formatted FAT.  Does anyone have an easy way of copying
the entire system to the new drive formatted FAT32?  Drive Image copies
track by track and restricts the size of the logical C: drive to 509mhz

2. Is anyone familiar with Norton's Ghost? Does it by any chance copy
files without messing with the Sector structure.?
