I just tried this with Office 2000 and it worked. A little care is
needed with file names when saving the converted document, and there may
be a tendency to insert over detailed HTML code.

John,

Should I use the rename feature and shorten a long file name to a shorter one?

I have MS Office 2003 Professional at the office. I can give that a try.
The file was sent my email as an attachment and that may be the problem about
converting to PDF with Acrobat 5 Professional. - Gerald

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
