[pchelpers] Computer won't boot

All of a sudden my husbands computer won't boot up.  He turned it on 
and the screen comes up to choose Safe Mode, etc......when I choose 
Safe Mode, it displays a list of drivers in Windows/System 
32......then it will start all over again.......

He has not installed any new software or hardware and when he shut it 
down yesterday, it was working OK.  I tried to boot it from the CD 
drive.......but the same thing happens.  I can't even hit F8 and get 
into setup........any ideas?
