[pchelpers] Comodo deleted

Found something strange when I got to work.
Tea Timer had a window open saying that my Comodo firewall start-up
had be deleted from the reg.
I checked and my desktop icon was gone and so was all entries in the 
start menu.
Looks like Comodo was un-installed. And I didn't do it.
My computer is pass-word protected and the only folders that are shared 
are of
no importance.
But still, can someone get into my computer from the net and delete a 
program?

I have AVG 8 running, spybot running, BOClean, running, Spyblaster, running.
