Haven't had time to learn much about firewalls yet, but whenever
i've had a question or a problem it was pretty easy to find an
answer in old posts on the Sygate forum. There are very friendly
and quick helpers there, so if you don't find an answer, you can
just post a question. It would be best to first look at the FAQ,
but many of the posters ask the same things again and again, and
the answers seem to stay just as friendly.
Also, since you have the pro version you apparently paid for it
which entitles you to personal support (email, phone?). There is
also a separate forum for Pro users, where you maybe get better
help, maybe by employees instead of volunteers?
Here are some relevant posts i found for you that explain how to
close ports. If you have trouble adapting their help to your
situation, i might have time on Friday. What port are you trying
to close?

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
