Just copy the entire CD to a temporary folder your hard drive. AVG or
whatever you have should complain and clean/quarantine files that are
infected. Scan the files to be sure. Then, write a new CD. Once
done, destroy the old CD. Your address book should be ok. Just
because other files on the CD are infected doesn't mean you can't grab
the address book off of it.
