[pchelpers] Cleaning a Disk




Well, now that I've gotten my hard drive virus free can anyone tell me if
there is a way to get a CD cleaned of a virus?

 I downloaded the My Document files to a CD and, of course, now it has the
virus or (or virii).  Is it cleanable?

 O, and my address book is on that disk too, so if any of you that I
regularly correspond with would kindly send me an E-mail I will gradually
build my addy book up again until I find out if the CD containing my address
book is cleanable.
