[pchelpers] Changing Text on Bullets

Hi All,
   
  If you surf to http://mysite.verizon.net/mymanhattanplace/  you will see 
large graphic bullets with text.  When I had AT&T  the blank bullets were on 
the server but otherwise AT&T  provided either dial up or broadband and my 
present server provides whatever the subscriber is using.  I believe AT&T  said 
they were using Printmaster and I purchased a Macromedia product before they 
merged with Adobe and there are no bullets on the disks.
   
  You can download the graphic files and it will be the same amount of pixels.  
MS Paint scrubs away text but puts a white finish.  I have photoshop.  I like 
to keep the graphic size uniform but add new text.  I have been using Irfanview 
to put text inside the bullets.  But that doesn't help much unless I have a 
blank bullet. What program should I be using? - Gerald
