[pchelpers] Change to news services for pchelpers

My Ubuntu system died yesterday. With a bit of help from a local expert 
managed to install a new operating system on it. Unfortunately, it is no 
longer an alternative web server with news pages on it. As I can no 
longer provide this, although the pages still exist in my main server, 
the only person who can't is me.

The pages can be seen by anyone outside this office at the following 
locations:

http://modecideas.com/developernews.html Developer news
http://modecideas.com/fdevelopernews.html Personal technology
http://modecideas.com/viruswarnings.html Virus alerts

http://modecideas.com/faq54.html eCommerce News
http://modecideas.com/faq56.html Search Engine News
http://modecideas.com/faq55.html Software News

As you can see, there are at least 9 separate services on the site.
For this reason I am asking for anyone who is willing to keep an eye on 
these pages daily and report to the list by email anything of 
interest/importance.

There is room for 9 volunteers (less if you choose more than one). I 
can't do it. You can. Who would like which one(s)? I'm counting on you.
