[pchelpers] Change of ISP

Yesterday my internet service provider was changed. It is now on cable 
from Telstra Clear. This was not without problems (modem going off line 
etc).

Since the web server is in the same room as my usual web browsing 
system, it creates a unique situation where I cannot view my own web 
site without dialing out. This tends to be tedious, wasteful and a 
little expensive, so all you list members have me at a disadvantage. You 
are exactly where I need to be (outside this office).

In this unique position, you can see things I can't, like whether web 
pages work or is the site down?
