[pchelpers] Callwave/sound

hi, guys,
I have Callwave internet answering machine. my problem is with my ancient PC. 
it's an AMD K2 360MgH with Win98se. (I know, I need to upgrade.) in 2 of my 
profiles there's no sound. in the other profile I have sound, but I lack 
passwords my sister put in. (she's out of the country for a spell with the 
newer computer we've been using) I can't find on Callwave's website the fix I 
used to use to regain sound. (Of course I never wrote it & saved it) 
Does anyone know how to make sound come back? it was maybe a DLL I had to 
reinstall or some little file. Even when no other progam is using the sound 
card, I can't hear the calls, because there's no sound period in my profile.
