[pchelpers] CD ROM safety advice

Hi Jackie

Here's a URL you may find interesting. It points out
that cracks in CDs can shatter when played in a CD ROM
drive at speed 48 or higher...that reminds me to watch
out for cracks too as I'm using a 48 speed drive.
There's some tips on home safety as well.
