[pchelpers] Re: CD Drives aren't working

In that case please shut down and disconnect the ribbon cable from both
drives. Then restart and let Windows lose them both for now. After that
shut down again and only reconnect ONE before restarting. See if it is
detected and resumes normal operation.

If not, shut down and disconnect it. Treat that drive as faulty.

Then re-connect the remaining ONE only and re-start. How does that turn
out?
