Yes, the boot floppy should be all you need.  All you need to do is remove
the last traces of the linux boot loader, which you do from the windows
floppy with fdisk /mbr.

If you had linux in it's own partition, then you will have a non-dos
partition that you cannot easily re-use.  You may be able to remove it with
fdisk but I have seen some drives where you cannot remove the non-dos
partitions with fdisk.  That is why I was suggesting a 3rd party partition
manager.  Remember also, there is a bug in the W98 version of fdisk in that
it does not correctly handle drives bigger than 64 gig.
