Easy. Boot from your W98 cd then run Fdisk with the switch /mbr. (fdisk /mdr)
This re-writes the Master Boot Record. This is the bit that gets screwed by
the linux boot loader. You might need to remove various non-dos partitions
first, depending on how you had it set up with linux.
