Nope.  That's the only surefire way to be sure.  If you all you have is
mouse and keyboard, it's slightly hard to get a virus.  ;)

If you still feel paranoid, throw the computer down the nearest
bottomless well.  :)

I work for the Army.  One of my jobs is to be sure that the computers
that I look at are reasonably secure.  We don't have trouble with
computers that have security patches up to date, and antivirus data
files up to date, and keep the users chewed out when they turn their
brains off before doing something.
