This fake "cure" was discussed in the list a month or so ago.

I found it stating this in the article to provide a free program to take
care of one version of K L E Z:

NOTE: Because this tool acts as a fake Klez to fool the real worm,some
AV monitor maybe cry when you run it. If so,Ignore the warning,and
select 'continue'."
