It depends upon the station to give correct show information;
sometimes it's not correct.

There are several different settings for shows.  You can tell it to
record shows not previously recorded, or you can tell it to record all
shows; you probably used the first option.

Does it tell you this in the web UI?

Are you using the current release version or a different version?

4.5 just came out yesterday; if you don't have that version, try it to
see if it helps.
