ReNa, what cradle? the same one that you use for sync? Did you not get a
regular cable to charge it form the AC power source? There probably is a
rechargeable battery in it but for mine I have to connect it using the cable
and transformer to the AC power source. My PDA is a Palm.

Subject: [pchelpers] Battery question
> I have a fairly new Dell pocket pc. Axim 5.
> My husband let the battery get low. I had it on the cradle today to
active sync it and charge it up for at least 5 hours but during that time it
said the main battery was still at zero percent. The backup battery was at
100 percent.
> Then a message came up that said it was going to sleep... and it has not
been 'alive' since. It won't active sync. It's just dark, 'lights out'. I
have it still sitting on the cradle, but not knowing if it is charging or if
it is completely dead.
