I have a fairly new Dell pocket pc. Axim 5.
My husband let the battery get low. I had it on the cradle today to active
sync it and charge it up for at least 5 hours but during that time it said the
main battery was still at zero percent. The backup battery was at 100 percent.
Then a message came up that said it was going to sleep... and it has not been
'alive' since. It won't active sync. It's just dark, 'lights out'. I have it
still sitting on the cradle, but not knowing if it is charging or if it is
completely dead.
Is there any way to reactivate this battery!

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
