[pchelpers] Backing up in XP-recommendations

I've just installed XP onto my computer and now need a decent backup
program. Does anyone have any recommendations? Freeware is, of course, most
welcome, but I'll go for shareware if the added value is significant.
I looked at CasperXP and was pretty impressed. However, I thought the $50
price was a bit steep. I'd hoped to find something for a little less. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
