They are the boyz from the cyberhood, wannabe gangstas who lurk in the
darker recesses of the internet. Their goal is to hack, crack, phish and
infect. They want to steal your money or just mess with your 2GB of
memory - and they are not shy about telling the world.
But they have a nemesis. Paperghost - to give him his online nickname -
is one of the good guys. His friends call him a super sleuth, fighting
to keep your computer clean of trojans, viruses, adware, spyware and all
the nasties that make trawling the web perilous.

His real name is Chris Boyd and he is a Japanese-speaking kung fu fan
from Liverpool who has forged a formidable reputation as an online
slayer of those who want your PC for a zombie or to turn it into a
virtual cash machine. His battle against a generation of fearless cyber
scamsters, some as young as 11, is perhaps his most intriguing yet.
